24-Hour Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage*
Each 1st Choice Club member automatically receives $10,000 in 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment insurance when they enroll. As an added benefit, $100,000 of coverage is in force when traveling as a fare-paying passenger on a commercial carrier.

1st Choice members with young children will appreciate this free Child I.D. Kit presented in a fun and entertaining format for kids and their parents. The kit includes games, safety tips and space for each child's fingerprints and photograph. Included in Family Plan I.

Free First Aid Emergency Guide
Each customer who enrolls receives a free First Aid Emergency Guide with helpful facts on how to handle a number of household emergencies. This handy resource is provided by the Iowa Health System and is a ready-reference for all types of emergencies.

Credit Card Protection
1st Choice members can register all of their credit cards. If they are ever lost or stolen, make one simple, toll-free phone call and we'll report the necessary information to all card issuers for you. Simply complete the Credit Card Registration form included with your enrollment materials.

Key Ring Registration
Worried about losing your keys? Well, the 1st Choice Account can put you at ease. You can register your keys and if the keys are ever lost or misplaced they can be dropped in any mailbox and they are returned to the owner postage paid. If you are interested, complete the Key Ring Registration form included with your enrollment materials.

Home Inventory Protection List
This itemized list of personal and household belongings makes it easy for you to keep your insurance records up to date. It's also a good item to keep in your safe deposit box at Bank Plus.
