Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position is the front line of the Bank. CSRs are responsible for meeting the needs of our customers through either direct assistance or for coordinating assistance. CSRs will be handling cash on a routine and daily basis with responsibility for maintaining a balanced cash drawer. CSRs work with various computer systems and programs. CSRs must be able to communicate well with external customers and internal employees to accomplish the goals of the customers.

Work Direction Received:
CSRs works with supervision and follow daily routines with limited deviation. Some independent judgment may be required.

This position has no management responsibilities

This position is a full-time position as classified in the Employee Handbook. This position is entitled to all benefits offered under the handbook. This position is also entitled to PTO under the PTO Policy. All first-year employees receive 8 hours per month PTO.

All new frontline employees are expected to complete online and hands on training provided by Bank Plus.

A review will be conducted at approximately 90 days of employment. This review will evaluate the training provided and the level of competency achieved in the essential job functions. Any issues identified will require corrective action by a specified date for continued employment.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
